The National Flag Day 'Tiranga'- is a celebration of our National Flag through Poetry and Music The 1st flag committee formed the National Flag Day (31st August) in the year 1931. This Committee consisted of Sardar Patel (President), Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, Maulana Azad, Master Tara Singh, Kaka Kalelkar, Dr Hardikar and Pattabhi Sitaramayva (Convener). And this year The National Flag Day 'Tiranga' Celebrated 60th year of our Independence at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.
